    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He's really fun and loves what he does. He's really smart, he didn't get a 5 star because his tests are horrid. Without that it's a good and educational class.

    Course highlights:

He likes to go off on random topics on one part of the discussion. He loves plants, and we learned more about plants then I wanted to know.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to write a lot of notes.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is wonderful for first years. It allows students to have a better idea whether or not they want to pursue a major in biology.

    Course highlights:

The highlights are the labs. The class is a lecture hall, with many presentations. I learned about photosynthesis and genetics among many other basic biology topics.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Remember to keep up on the readings, and study the presentations for the tests. Also, there is a quiz each Friday, so be sure to review in class notes. Sit towards the front to get the notes off the blackboard.
