    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course turned out to be surprisingly one of my favorites I've ever taken. I learned so much about our planet and our country. It made me aware of how fortunate we are to have things like national parks where we can go experience unique wildlife and the outdoors. This class teaches so much about the planet that I believe everyone should know and should have general knowledge of.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of the course was simply the professor. Lori Snyder could make rocks sound interesting and that's saying something! I learned so much about plate tectonics, some really cool things about the national parks and their histories, and so much more.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students to study her power point lectures and to take really good notes. Also, when it comes time for tests and quizzes, looking over general ideas in the textbook helps a lot.
