Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course if you are interested in the political aspects leading up to Hitler's appointment to chancellor in 1933. There is so much more to Hitler and the Nazis than just the Holocaust.

    Course highlights:

The major highlight of this course for me was understanding the factors that gave Hitler the perfect conditions to become chancellor of Germany. Almost every Friday we did what was called a D2L Friday. We needed to read material and answer questions about that material and post it on D2L. Then respond to two other student's posts. This motivates you to read the sections which were very informative and important.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class! The lectures provide you with the information you need to do well on the tests. If you are only interested in the Holocaust, this class might not be for you. It is mostly about the political aspects of Germany.
