I recommend this course because it provides insightful information about healthy lifestyle choices. Not only physical health but mental health is very important throughout our life time.
I learned a lot of knowledge about how to mentally and physically healthy. The class discusses a lot of diseases and other health halted conditions that are consequences of not being health conscious.

Advice for students:
Always attend the lecture and create a study guide as you go. The final exam is not very difficult but it has a lot of content that can easily be confused. I would also look at the lectures before class because the professors tend to go very fast.
