    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is not an acting class, but rather a class that teaches you how to critically think about all aspects of creating a theatre production. It's interesting because there's so much more than just storytelling that goes on.

    Course highlights:

You get to go to plays and musicals for class! And then after, you explain the things you took away from that production. It's really exciting because your ideas and your peers ideas on the same play differ so much!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Please do not miss a class period, a discussion, or especially a play. You're missing out and it can seriously affect your grade. On the bright side, you're learning exciting stuff every time you attend something new or participate in a discussion!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Michelle, as she prefers you call her, is incredibly kind and fun to work with. She is also highly lenient in grading.

    Course highlights:

I really enjoyed working on the in-class plays, and I've learned a lot about the history and facets of theatre.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Use the information she gives you in class, even if she doesn't get through all her notes, she always posts them online.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because not only do you get to practice important skills like teamwork, projecting your voice, and gravitating off of each others ideas, but you also get to experience what it's like to be in the spot light.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to build off of each others ideas and how to properly manage a group for a play we did in class. It was hard because some people don't get along, but I managed to pull everyone together.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Listen in class. This class involves a lot of hands-on learning, rather than just note taking. So make sure you're always participating.
