Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because Vivek has many stories to tell and it makes class fly by, but at the same time you still learn a lot.

    Course highlights:

You learned a lot of different laws that you may have never have heard of. He makes it interesting though, and you are able to remember a lot of them even after class is over.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You are supplied a summary of the book so that you do not need to read the whole thing. Take notes along side of the summary with many of the examples.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it provides a great surface level understanding of the depths of law in a business environment. There are so many things going on and it difficult to put your thumb on concurrent events but having basic understanding serves to put you in a better place.

    Course highlights:

Learning about the difference in business types helped me gain an understanding of how each functions and runs its operations. I gained a better understanding of implications attached to the type of business as well as the nuances of each.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to be bombarded with abundant amounts of information. Be prepared and be organized with your notes.
