I would recommend this course to anyone interested in the nutrition or sports science subject matter. I thought it gave good insight into the basics of sports nutrition, and how an athlete can properly fuel performance.
I learned proper carbohydrate and protein intake for pre and post exercise meals. I learned how to properly evaluate whether a supplement could be beneficial or a waste of money. I also learned how to calculate energy intake for athletes.
