Pretty easy, overall.
For those going into a health profession, I think this is a very useful class. It obviously doesn't teach you everything you need to know about nutrition, but it does give a good basis and jumping off point. It is also not a hard class, as long as you look over the notes and pay attention in class you will do great.
It gives students a basic understanding of nutrition and the aspects of it (diet, exercise, lifestyle, etc.) Professor Wagoner also offers many extra credit opportunities, some of which are really cool, and can be resourceful to use in the future

Advice for students:
It's not an easy A. You do need to study, do the review guides, pay attention in class and participate in order to get an A. While it isn't hard to get an A, you wont be able to not do any work and expect that to be coming to you.
