    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course is a great way to learn Java. Before I entered the course, I had no experience coding in Java. I thought the course was a perfect difficulty level for willing students. In addition, I've never enjoyed homework assignments more than I did in that course.

    Course highlights:

My favorite portion of the course was writing methods and calling on them in my main method.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you give yourself enough time to complete the homework. There are tutoring sessions that extremely helpful. Don't be afraid to contact your professor, they are all extremely helpful. And as always, consult your peers.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's interesting to learn how people actually make games, apps, websites, or software that we all use everyday.

    Course highlights:

Programming isn't magic! Anyone can do it, and it's a lot of fun to problem solve. And you can apply it to any aspect of your everyday life

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book. Go to Stack Overflow. Ask questions. Go to your professor's office hours. Have fun with it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

He's a great professor that takes his time to ensure that his students succeed in the course. You can walk in on his office hours and he would be willing to help you out even if you don't have a clue on what to do. Only downside to the course is that if you're not computer software oriented, this course will be a challenge to you.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course include learning about the fundamentals of JAVA and how to write methods that later helps you to write simple codes to create games.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Need some computer software background before coming into this class.
