    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

BIO 211 is required for a lot of majors at UWO, but if you don't have to take it I would recommend finding something else.

    Course highlights:

I definitely know a lot of the muscles in the body, and have a very good understanding on how different systems in the body work.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

GO TO ALL THE CLASSES! Don't let yourself skip and say you'll just watch the lessons online later, because you probably will end up trying to cram them all in a week before the exam and then try to learn everything too. Also, stay on top of your studying!!! It is very easy to get behind, especially for lab so make sure you take the time to actually study because you will be screwed if you wait until the last minute.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is challenging, and requires a lot of studying. Dilkes is a very fast-paced lecturer, so it is necessary to be very organized! My best advice is to rewatch podcasts afterwards.

    Course highlights:

This course is an overview of everything human anatomy. It does not go into depth on certain topics, and a large portion of the class is spent on muscles. You'll find that you learn a lot even when you feel like you don't know anything.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Watch the podcasts as much as possible. Make good use of the resource room in Halsey- it may seem like you csn gather the information from the textbook, but trust me, the models help significantly more.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Lots of studying, but you learn a lot from it. I loved the class and ended up getting a B in it.

    Course highlights:

Lab is cool, I was able to look at cadavers.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study with a group of people and make this class a priority
