Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you are thinking about a career in psychology I would highly recommend this class. This class gives you a good overview to what psychology is all about. Once I took this course it sparked my interest and I began to take more and more psychology classes. I soon found out what I wanted to do with my psychology major. I wanted to go to graduate school to become a higher education counselor and that is exactly what I'm doing. I am a first year graduate student studying counseling.

    Course highlights:

I learned about famous psychologists, the parts of the brain, what part of the brain does what, what happens if a certain part of the brain is damaged. It's basically a giant overview of what psychology would be like if you decided to major in it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to read the chapters, take good notes, print off the power point slides, and start studying for the test EARLY. There is usually a lot of material on the tests because it is around a 70 multiple questions test.

    Course Overview:

This Interim course was a BLAST with professor Wilson. It was my first ever experience taking such an accelerated course, but she made it easy and did a great job teaching the course!

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the required research pointed we needed and activities!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study every day to get the material down!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course is interesting, but the lectures are long and can be boring. It is a lot of material on each test as well. However, extra credit is available!

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about how people perceive and think about things. I actually enjoyed being the lab rat as well because you learn a lot about yourself.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

STUDY! Don't wait until a few days before to start studying. Study right away.
