Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Overall this course changed not only my writing ability but also the style in which I conduct an essay, or research paper. WBIS, or Writing Based Inquiry System provided all of the tools for creating and writing a report to the college level standards. It also taught me valuable skills about the due processes of writing.

    Course highlights:

This was the type of course that hounded you to become a better student. It was a sink or swim type of mentality. That being said do not imply that WBIS is impossible. By the end of the semester I finally looked back on where my high school writing was compared to my present college writing, I was amazed at the progress. I could now vividly draft a fifteen page paper and know that it was all inclusive of the topic and what my professor wanted. I learned about writing through the process of doing so; and by that process I have achieved a greater understanding toward writing and how to effectively put it to use.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared. Reading and writing come hand and hand, both will play a big part in this class. Be sure to clearly understand the professors wishes as well as what is being asked of you. with a positive attitude and work effort WBIS will be dust in the wind.
