    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class taught me to think about the things we learned in class and apply it to the outside world. We learned about animal rights, film vs. the books, and politics. We watched clips that enhanced the experience of the unit. We wrote one paper per unit, but the papers were the hardest part of the class.

    Course highlights:

We read articles, not just books that we deciphered for a week or two and then moved on, we only had four units and talked about all of them in depth and looked at other perspectives on the topics. It really opened my eyes on how to read differently and how to look at topics with an unbiased eye for the truth.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you take this course, don't be afraid to go to the Writing help center. You will need the help because this teacher is very picky on grammar, ideas, and the like.
