Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course over and over again because it is the course that changed my mind to switch my major from Psychology to Rehabilitation. The professor is amazing, just like all of the other Rehabilitation professors. One of the biggest things that love the most about UW-Stout is the small classes and the professors know you by name.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot, starting with what Rehabilitation has to offer and all the different things it covers. It sparked my interest right away and I instantly realized that I found the major I fit into.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Try your hardest, don't give up. If it isn't for you, it isn't for you but you WILL find were you are suppose to be. If you want to work with individuals and enjoy the feeling it give then this is most likely the right course for you.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

If you are going into a profession of helping people, it will help you understand overall life aspects with all people with disabilities. People do not understand all of the different types of disabilities out there and the effects of them all. It helps to know in your profession how it will effect you and your clients.

    Course highlights:

I learned a little bit more about politics and how they played a part in where the support is for disability services. I learned how far disabled people have come and what they have had to overcome. I have learned that disabilities are so much more than what's on the outside. That there are many aspects to mental disabilities and more. We all need to be more open-minded.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be open minded and follow up on the readings. Overall a fairly easy class and the professor is great. He is extremely intelligent and helps lead the class for all. He is very direct too.
