I don't recommend this class unless you have to take it. It's a lot of case studies and answering questions from the book, which is very tedious. The class would be a lot better if a different professor taught it but Bernie is very hard to understand what he wants.
The highlight of the class is that I now have a better understanding of the operations that go on in the hotel.

Do your work and highlight in the book. Make sure to ask questions if you don't understand because otherwise you will be confused.
