    I would recommend this course because it's an introduction of almost all health fields.

    Course highlights:

    I haven't started the class yet but my student advisor highly recommended.

    Course Overview:

    This class is a great beginner class for any student looking towards the physical wellness field.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course were the workout schedules and the online quizzes. I learned that the workout schedule you make can be beneficial for not only you, but for anybody trying to get into the rhythm of working out.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    You need to make sure to do your workouts and read the chapters to learn about the body and how it works.

    Course Overview:

    This course showed true insight and relatable tips on how to survive college and adulthood. I would recommend this course to incoming freshmen to calmly awaken them to the real world and its responsibilities.

    Course highlights:

    Health and Wellness Performance was an eye-opening experience. Ray shared outstanding dieting tips, financial budgeting, stress relieving techniques, and much more! I learned how to keep unwanted fat off while going to college, how to manage my money and savings, and also, I learned how to get the sleep I need to be successful.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    I would recommend studying for the chapter tests and really focusing on the homework assigned. I believe I learned the most from doing the homework assignments; they were also worth the most points!
