Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Especially after taking AP-Calculus in high school, this class was well taught and not too difficult. Soledad-Benguria was a great professor. There is always a way to get help when you need it as well whether it be with the professor herself, TA's, or math help labs.

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot of knowledge on analytic geometry and calculus materials. Focus was mostly placed on derivatives and integrals. The exams were not too difficult if you attended lecture, studied and understood the material.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This class was difficult, but with background calculus knowledge was not too bad at all. There were very few homework assignments that had unlimited attempts. It was very possible to take the assignments until you got all the correct answers and then receive 100%.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study, like all courses. Do practice problems and don't skip lecture.
