Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

International Studies Major – I have loved being an International Studies major at the University of Wisconsin--Madison. It is one of the largest majors on campus but provides a really small program feel. The program provides a multitude of course options.

    Course highlights:

They also host many events throughout the year for students to learn more about the major and the opportunities that the major can provide after graduation. Overall, it is a great major and I really enjoy it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The department's counselors are extremely helpful and despite working with many students, always remember your name and your concerns. They always make themselves available for walk-ins and appointments are very easy to make.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's walkable, crime rate is low, and you're surrounded with passionate and hard-working people. It's one of the best places in the world to live in as a young person.

    Course highlights:

The school spirit is amazing: everybody wearing red, especially on game days. It's so great to be in a place where you can just tell that everybody is so happy to be where they are and so proud of where they go to school.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Everyone loves the Badgers and love going to games, even people who aren't into sports. The food options in the city are so diverse and delicious, and UW Dining is better than you'd expect.
