Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very good for beginning programmers, still holds good review for advanced programmers

    Course highlights:

Focused on reading and implementing code written by others and understanding commenting styles.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Ask others for advice often! Your ability to tackle problems in code will only become better as you experience working with others firsthand.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you aren't a Computer science major but want to learn about programming, I recommend taking it with a friend, or go to lot of office hours.

    Course highlights:

You learn lot of stuff in this class but it very fast. There are often times where you will have to learn the material more deeply in your own time.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Start the programs early. There aren't much homework, in general they are all projects (4 in total). Make sure you really understand the concept of the material, and know how the code works.

    Course highlights:

After this course, you are surely capable of programming many different things in your mind, which is going to be helpful in the workplace.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go read the textbook and do the practice problems. This is the only thing I can help you with....
