Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Basement Suites Are the Trend – At UBC Vancouver, if you're planning on living off-campus, you'll most likely find a basement suite in a regular household with a regular family living above you. Personally.

    Course highlights:

I'd rather be able to see the sun (when it's out!) and not have to worry about waking the family above me with drinking and friends. No worries finding one as there are plenty, and the pricing is not horrible and pretty close (average 10-20 minute bus ride) to campus.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Direct Transport Downtown – Nightlife is for students 19 or older when it comes to the bar-scene or off-campus partying. There is direct public transport to and from downtown Vancouver which takes about half an hour.
