Not too easy. Not too difficult.
It's an interesting course, and you learn quite a lot about how the way our immune system works, and about bacterial and viral diseases. It's also not too challenging and the workload is pretty light. A 34% midterm and a 66% final.
My favorite section was on viral diseases. We learned about how viruses invade our bodies, the mechanism through which they replicate inside the bodies, our defenses against these viruses, vaccines, and why has it been so hard to find a cure/vaccine for AIDS.

Advice for students:
Even though the course load is light but keep up with the lectures. Tbh, I didn't think attending lectures was that important because everything is either asked from the course manual (which is very straightforward, ~200 pages) or in the lecture slides (again very straightforward material).
