Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would totally recommend this course with this professor to students who have a good grip on Economics (mostly Econ 101 and 102). The course can be a bit dry and repetitive sometimes, but it is interesting because it takes a look at the current trends in food prices.
I was able to learn more about what was going on in the agricultural sector. The course is not too intensive as well. There is one midterm and three problem sets that require a bit of critical thinking, but most of the solutions can be found using the notes.

Advice for students:
Make sure to pay attention when the professor is speaking. His notes can be a little difficult to understand if you are going over them by yourself. Also, make sure to find out who the TAs are. They do a good job at hiding.
