Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is the second course for people who did not take calculus in high school or want to ease into their college math courses. By the middle of the fall semester dozens of students had to transfer from MTH 161 to MTH 141 and go from there. There were even some students who didn't take precalculus in high school who got decent grades in this class.

    Course highlights:

This class teaches the basics of calculus. It covers mostly integrals, and derivatives.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Like with every course, use every resource that is given to you. Go to office hours and recitations if you want the best grade you can get.
