Public safety and UHS are always close and ready to help. Public safety is a bit too ready to shut anything down and write students up. I feel safe on campus but you just have to be careful about leaving campus which directions you should and shouldn't go.
From what I know, this campus is very safe. The moment you cross the pedestrian bridge to go off campus, however, be aware of your surroundings and hope you're not at the wrong place at the wrong time.

he freshman dorms are old community bath with pretty small rooms. There aren't private bathrooms in any dorm with the exception of handicap or special exceptions.
