    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it helps a person know what goes into you body when you eat and what kind of nutrients you're getting and this class will help you become healthier.

    Course highlights:

Vitamin and after topics where very interesting, the movie about sugar and fat put into your food by manufactures and causes of some of the diseases.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the power points well, use the learning objective towards your benefit and understand the harder topic from them. For exam use quizlet to learn terms and go back to the power points for facts. Pay attention in class if you want 4.0.
