This class was tough.
I would recommend Lyman Briggs Chemistry to anyone who is serious about testing their abilities for success on the pre-med track. It is consistently challenging, bringing up new ideas and creatively confusing ways of asking questions. The exams are the determination of your level of learning in the class and are extremely difficult, yet so rewarding when you earn your goal grades from studying smart and keeping calm.
The biggest takeaway from this course was learning how to think, and always looking out for what might be coming next, though you cannot be completely sure what the problems are going to look like. I liked the creative aspects of the course where both the professor and the students were innovative. We even had the chance to brainstorm potential exam questions that may appear on the final.

Advice for students:
I would tell everyone to stay calm and confident throughout the course. Always go to office hours, do the homework, and ASK QUESTIONS when you are unsure or would like to confirm a concept. Given that you study everything you can, just know that you are capable of solving any exam problem that comes your way--you are prepared.
