    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Alright, so the class teaches you the basics of MSU. It forces you to meet with your career counselor, makes you do a scavenger hunt on where a lot of the major buildings are, and gives you advice on things like your major or resume. The class is helpful... to some. Some people might find all the information very useful, and doing things like talking to their counselor might help them tremendously, as they may have been too afraid to do so on their own. However, other than the resume, I knew everything this course taught me already. I knew where the buildings were from a map I was given, and I had already spoken with my counselor multiple times. The class was just extra work. It didn't benefit me in any way; the course was ENTIRELY busywork.

    Course highlights:

The only thing that helped me was the resume building assignment. I hadn't had a concrete resume before, so forcing me to make a new one was great. Other than that, this class has nothing to offer.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't take this if you feel confident about your ability to adapt to college life. This class just adds to your workload without giving you any actual knowledge.
