    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course is a requirement, I would recommend staying away if you do not like profs.

    Course highlights:

    There was no programming assignments in this course, it was all theoretical.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    If you do not have a heavy math background this class will be hard. Requires a lot of proofs.

    There was no homework given in the course and the exams were problems from the slides.

    Course highlights:

    This course will help you get ready for 331 which is algorithms and data structures.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read the book and do all the problem in the slides, this will make the exam easier.
