    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Doctor Black is a genius. He is clever, charismatic, and extremely intelligent. He is fantastic at what he does--both in research and in professing. You should definitely take this course, even if you are not a PLS student.

    Course highlights:

Personally, I enjoyed studying the Judiciary the most. It is Doctor Black's primary interest, so he is extra enthusiastic, and it is also a major interest of mine.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class, it's easy points and everything on the exams will be covered during lecture.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor and the textbook teaches you what would be a rather dry subject in a completely new and unconventional way.

    Course highlights:

While the concepts can be difficult to grasp at times, don't worry because there are a lot of resources/TAs to help you out. The theories you learn are very applicable to the real world, and I was fortunate enough to have taken this course while the presidential elections were going on. It made for some very real life connections.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up for lectures and sessions. It makes learning so much easier because you'll really understand the material better.
