This class was tough.
This class is very difficult. You go through material quickly and you have a quiz or exam every week. That being said Professor Frost grades this class on a curve the top 50% of the class get at least a 3.0. This is nice because if you didn't do well on a quiz or an exam more then likely the class did not do so well either. Go to the professor's office hours. When he makes grade breaks if he knows your name (he makes a point to learn them in office hours) he will boost you to the higher grade if you are close to a break.
I did 4.0 the class. I personally liked all the random facts that Professor Frost shared during lecture. I learned a lot about the basics of organic chemistry.

Advice for students:
Study lecture notes. Every thing that is on the exams and quizzes come from these. Try to find old tests and quizzes they give you an idea of what the questions will look like. This was very important because often the quizzes tended to be difficult to understand.
