Pretty easy, overall.
Very easy course. You get your morning workout in, and learn about living the healthy lifestyle. Only thing that I did not like was the group project.
I learned all of the different aspects of being healthy. I learned about different exercises, different exercise plans, different games that are fun that are considered exercise, how to prevent from getting a health related disease such as cardiovascular disease or diabetes. I also learned a lot about nutrition, healthy fats, protein, carbohydrates, water intake, and digestion.

Everyday after lecture look after the powerpoint notes. They will stick in your brain easier that way, and the quizzes will be super easy.
