Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Kinesiology is well known for its sports attribution and maintaining the scientific knowledge of sports and how the body moves. Overall a great hands on experience on the body movements.

    Course highlights:

I've learned the way the body moves and interact with different positions. Also how we apply these movements to obtain a better performance.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be to open your mind to different moments of the body and to apply it to real life world.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you go to class, take decent notes, do well on the labs (do not miss a lab), catch the extra credit quizzes (won't be hard if you just go to class), and go to office hours when you have small questions you will do great! He is an amazing professor for this subject.

    Course highlights:

The labs gave a great insight on what we were learning in class and ended up helping A LOT on the exams and final.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class, talk to Femi (he's very cool and helpful), and take decent notes.
