    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It was a super fun class and Sami made the material easy to learn while incorporating physical activity to keep us awake during the class since it was an 8am!

    Course highlights:

I learned how to incorporate physical activity into my elementary school classroom. I learned a lot about how to make lesson plans, adapt to different learning styles and ability levels, and how to keep students safe during physical activity. She gave us practical applications for how we can use this in our future classrooms.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class every day, don't worry about the assignments because everyone gets nervous to teach their first lesson plans! Nobody will judge you, so just have fun with it! This is a really fun class as long as you don't take it too seriously.
