    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Her slides were all over the place and had no proper flow. Honestly she was just a horrible proof overall.

    Course highlights:

The plant section is pretty interesting. If you understand that BISC 102 will be much easier because it's similar.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with the lectures. Don't start reviewing everything when it's time to study for the midterm or test.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

For me this course was really difficult because you had to apply and connect various topics to one another and know in detail the context of the material. The lecture notes were very scattered and confusing. Not a very memorable class.

    Course highlights:

I don't really remember there being any highlights but I did like the plants unit.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you focus on the material and know in detail why certain things may occur. Read the textbook for a better understanding and you'll do fine.

    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was amazing and I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who is thinking about it because it was truly intriguing and interesting! By no means was this course easy, in fact, this course requires a lot of time and effort because the amount of material covered is quite broad!

    Course highlights:

The best part of the course was that Megan gave us alot of iclicker questions and time for group work in class. This helped everyone learn from each other and made the class more fun.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to do well, you definitely have to put time into studying the notes and doing the quizzes outside of class. The course takes up a lot of time, but there are many resources available on canvas!
