    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is very interesting if you're into anatomy and physiology! Great basic knowledge for everyone to know in life. Mike Walsh is a great proffessor but just make sure you get on his good side! Labs are fun, but can sometimes be really long and drag.

    Course highlights:

You'll not only learn about the basics of kinesiology but also human body systems such as the circulatory, respiratory, excretory systems and much more! The best parts of this course were the labs since it was very hands on, and the majority of them were quite interesting and enjoyable.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I suggest that you read the material before hand so you're not confused during lecture. Study anatomy and physiology daily, even if you learn ten body parts a day, you'll save a lot of time for the anatomy exam.
