    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a great subject to get an insight into the workings of law surrounding companies and other forms of business organisations e.g. companies, partnerships and non-profit organisations. It also provides an insight on the requirements to set up such organisations and the duties that they must uphold once established

    Course highlights:

The highlight of the course was getting to conduct a mock board meeting where each team represented various stakeholders to a company and seeing how the law surrounding companies impacts upon these stakeholders.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a very content heavy subject and therefore should stay on top of lectures and notes. Additionally need to ensure that you examine the relevant legislative provisions as it is a big part of understanding the concepts in the course
