    Course Overview:

    She is a great professor and shes super nice and willing to help you pass the class.

    Course highlights:

    Learned a lot of things that i should know about hrd as well as how things work in the real world

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Make sure you use ur time wisely to study for it but it is not very hard

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    Professor Watza is an excellent professor! She grades fairly and gives you a chance to boost your grade if you fall behind. At first glance you can tell that she is extremely passionate about HRD.

    Course highlights:

    I thought the group presentations would be scary but Professor Watza lays the rubric out right in front of you so you know what to expect. You've been immersed with the class in many different scenario throughout the semester that the presentation did not bring be as much stress as I originally thought.

    Advice for students:

    She is a great professor! If you are considering HRD - she will make you love it!

    The professor really gets the class to interact. Read the book at home, and apply the processes in the classroom.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of the class is the class project. It really gives you a feel of what to expect when you get a career in HRD.

    Make sure you get a good group of people for your group project. Make sure you are on the same page.
