Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches you basic health and nutrition. Once I took this class, I kept going to all my friends and coworkers and teaching them all the new things i learned to work on in order to maintain a happy healthy lifestyle.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed this class because it gave me the essentials of what was needed to maintain an ideal lifestyle. This is something I actually like to learn about in my free time so I would go home and research things further, which was one way I knew that I was in the right field.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course was very straightforward. In order to get through this class all I did was make sure to be in class and pay attention the entire time. WIth that, and going over all of the notes from class on my days off I was successful.
