    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a tough course, but if you make it through you will have a thorough understanding of apoptosis and necrosis, or lack thereof, on all system levels

    Course highlights:

BEWARE: Memorize the CLINICAL CARDS and the free answers.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

This class is like no other at OU. Ask someone in person how they got through his class and they will tell you. Do not skip class, this is a med school level class. BEWARE: Memorize the CLINICAL CARDS and the free answers.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This professor is absolutely awesome! The course material is intense. Medical-school based questions, and a very intensive semester. Tough course, great teacher.

    Course highlights:

I learned about diseases of the human body, symptoms, and signs of the diseases. The highlights were a trip to the local morgue to see how everyday accidents kill and traumatize the human body.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Study the note cards that Dr. Dinda provides. I made the mistake of not studying them and wish I would have.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class was very difficult but it's due to the material not the professor. While although difficult I have never learned more in a class. Professor Dinda is an outstanding teacher that relays a massive workload into the simplest and easiest to understand form.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course would be the amount of knowledge that you will walk away with. You will be able to hear about diseases and medications on television, in clinics, hospitals and you will be able to explain and correlate the pathology behind them. Which to me is an outstanding skill to have especially when working in a clinical setting like I do.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students to study the flash cards and know them front to back. Spend some time using a medical dictionary to go over terms that you don't know on the flash cards. You have to understand the terms to understand the disease/treatment.
