    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you are an engineering major, this class is required. I would take the class with him again because he would take the time to answer your questions.

    Course highlights:

Even though the course is a math class, it was essentially for the students to learn how to problem solve. The actual math we learned was matrices, how to differentiate advanced functions and some vector material.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the homework!! Even though the professor only gives ten problems, do more than that so you can be successful.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is definitely not something to blow off but it also has been one of my more enjoyable courses. My biggest tips is to definitely hit the professors website and do all of the practice problems. Shaska also has great stories to tell so listen in class!

    Course highlights:

Biggest highlights for me was solving second order differential equations and diagonalizing a matrix. These both arent easy to do but after you finish it is so rewarding.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I know we all hate to do work outside of class but seriously, doing even two or 3 practice problems a day after class will be so incredibly beneficial and most importantly dont feel "dumb". Everyone else in there is just as bewildered as you they are just not showing it.
