Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Linden is amazing. Honestly, he explains the topic thoroughly, the course load is manageable, and the class itself is extremely entertaining and interesting!

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course is probably applying the different things we learned in class to real life scenarios. I learned everything is not as it appears on the surface.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

READ THE BOOK! You will not pass this course if you are not proactive. Check the syllabus and keep up with the online work.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course. Thomas Linden was the professor I took Psy 100 with him. His lectures help a lot. He tells great stories that are really helpful and relatable to the current subject. He provides all of his outlines are online so they can be accessed easily.

    Course highlights:

I learned about Sigmund Freud and his idea of the unconscious including the id, ego, and the superego.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The best advice is to attend class the lectures are useful and once he has finished each chapter he gives a clicker quiz. Reading the chapter's can also help solidify the material he presents.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I highly recommend this course no matter what major you are because you learn so much about others and yourself! When going to this lecture, this professor always has the best stories to help you make sense of the information you are learning. And the great thing is this professor wants you to succeed in his class.

    Course highlights:

From taking this course I have learned many things. One thing in particular is everything about the brain and the functions of it. I also learned about human development from the time one is born until they are elderly. So much of this course is being able to relate it to real life situations. You learn the importance of taking care of yourself so you can live your life to the fullest!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The advice I would give is to READ THE TEXTBOOK! Just sitting through the lectures can only get you so far. Also I would recommend buying the blue book for note taking from the campus book store. It has everything you need so when he gives the lectures you can follow along. The professor also hands out extra credit, DO IT! A lot of the extra credit is quite simply.
