    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

He made the class exciting, gave great feed back on papers, and never made you feel rushed or stressed. Didn't grade hard and gave you more time if needed to fix paper.

    Course highlights:

I liked the topic he gave out for each paper and on the harder and longer papers he let you choose your topic. He would email you articles if he read something that you could use in your paper. Was there if you had any questions and got to know each student well.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all of the papers and the little assignments he gives out cause the little assignments add up and will effect your grade. Pretty easy class if you just show u and ask for help if needed.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class especially the professor. I'm from different country which is the Philippines and we all know that English is not our first language. It was so hard for me to come up with a well-written essay. I was confused with my grammars and etc. I wasn't able to write a good thesis statement, topic sentences, and body paragraphs. But all of my struggles changed when i met my professor, Mrs. Flachmann. She was also my prof in my English 80 class. That was the start of my progress in writing essay. Mrs. Flachmann was so easy to talk to about your struggles. She really wants to help you to understand how to do it. English 99 class was so great and easy to understand and apply.

    Course highlights:

I learned from this course is to summary an article and the templates that can help you to have a good well-written essay. For me, the highlight of this course are the templates. It is now easier to compose a sentence for your essay with the help of the templates. You don't need to worry about what to say next sometimes.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Just keep on reading articles or books to develop your English skills. Use you resources around you like going to tutor, maybe a website that can help you for your grammars, and of course, don't be shy to approach your professors because they are willing to help. When writing an essay summary, just read the article or book many times, so you can fully understand the content,
