    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Honestly really amazing course. I did horribly until i realized memorization will get you no where. You must review each night and connect ideas in order to get the big picture. Students are very competitive and don't want to help you out i found (future mcat writers)

    Course highlights:

Taught me how to study in university.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you want to pursue medicine do this course. You'll get a sense of the crumb of the workload you'll have to endure to achieve that goal.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course is an interesting one with the main topic being evolution. To be successful in this course, always do the pre-readings, finish the "outcomes" as you go along, and not waiting until the last minute to study. It is also important to make connections between topics and to seek help when you need it.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights of the course were exploring simutext and learning about the skin colour of pigs. Although Haffie said you could get along just fine without simutext, there were about four questions on the November term test based on simutext, so download it and use it!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read ahead and do not get too behind in this class. Also, study actively and try to make connections and integrate ideas. Ask for help when you need it and always seek out resources.
