    | Would highly recommend.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    This course focused on the most interesting evolutionary adaptations. This made it easy to remember specific examples, which helped associate intrinsic ideas of the course.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to think of any kind of process evolutionary. I learned how selection is applied to all, and how the environment and individual's characteristics can lead to adaptations. I learned to think of evolution from a genetic scale to a species scale.

    Advice for students:

    Re-write lectures notes! Pay attention to the lecturer's broader messages. Deeply understand the theories.

    Lots of material, very interesting; lab questions were hard.

    Course highlights:

    Parasites lecture was awesome; demographic transitions was also cool

    Ask lots of questions during lab, go to lecture

    Course Overview:

    The concepts are easier than BIO120, and is less technical compared to other life science courses.

    Course highlights:

    Some of the concepts are very relatable and interesting.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do well on the midterm since it's worth 33%. The lab component is a mark booster.
