    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's an interesting course, although it is mostly case studies and analysis this semester, which makes the course a tad more difficult than it otherwise would be. It is mostly applicable aspects of this course that could be a bit challenging.

    Course highlights:

Psychology of workers and employees, personality types, corporate structure, team work, and how to reach business goals as a business.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the readings, attend class, participate.

    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course because of its interdisciplinary content that is applicable to personal settings. It is a business-oriented course focusing on company structure, management, and human capital, but simultaneously, it focuses on the psychological nature of people within the work environment. As a result, this course allows students to explore their strengths and weaknesses and it provides options for how one can approach difficulties in the work environment or in group settings. Therefore, this is a course unlike many other academic courses because it provides valuable personal insight that is directly applicable on a personal level.

    Course highlights:

A course that allows students in the commerce program to learn more about the structure of corporations and businesses and how to manage employees given their personalities, skills, and behaviours. This course gives students the chance to use different sources of reference including the textbook, videos, assignments, presentations, and group activities to understand the course content. It is an interesting course because the topic is easy to digest and it helps individual students in their personal endeavours (eg. job search, how to work with others, manage people, and to make interpersonal relationships) regardless of their specialist stream within the commerce program.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to do all of the assigned readings in the textbook and any other articles assigned, and to take organized notes on the readings to help in efficient memorization of concepts for the exams and assignments. Also, students should attend all lectures so that they can understand the most important points in the course and to assist in making readings easier.
