    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Interesting course and concepts are not difficult to grasp. More like a course full of hypothesis and theories, but allows students to explore religion in different contexts and how they apply to daily life.

    Course highlights:

How is religion defined, what types of religions are there, theories on naturalism vs. functionalism, religious influence, women and veils

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do readings, participate, attend class

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It's an easy course that allow students to discuss and reflect on interesting perspectives and topics. The course is interesting since people from most programs are able to take this course without much background knowledge expected. I recommend this course because it allows us to understand the environment we live in and about the different sociological and anthropological contexts of religion.

    Course highlights:

How religion is defined, how religion impacts the environment eg. political institutions and social practices, theorists that classify religion, religion as a phenomenon or function

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do readings before class, participate in discussions, attend class all the time
