    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course is very enlightening and helps one probe more into the various issues surrounding Asia as a continent and specific countries. Would be ideal for one who is interested in the region or in studying various economic and political history.

    Course highlights:

I really liked learning about Althusser's ideas of interpellation and how it applies to female migrant workers in China.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with the readings or else you will fall behind.
