This class was tough.
If you are not a marketing student, don't take the course because there are other easier courses to be taken. Participation is a must in the class (not attendence, but by providing quality ideas in class), which is hard because the professor is picky for participation and kind of intimidating.

Go to every class and PARTICIPATE. Don't hesitate to do so, or else you would not get participation marks. Be aggressive and not shy to speak your opinions so that you gain the professor's liking. Read the cases before class so that you are prepared to participate. Practice writing because there are individual assignment cases to are not marked leniently.
