    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The content was fascinating and the professor was so open-minded. When discussing the internet, we were allowed to discuss things like Tumblr and I was graded well on an essay I wrote about fandoms. It's a great way to connect the theories of Harold Innis with the eorld of today.

    Course highlights:

The relatively open essay topics. There was also a ton of in-class discussion and the professor seemed to genuinely care about what people were saying. This included my friend who wasn't even enrolled at U of T and had never been in a university classroom. He treated him like one of his students and even stayed to talk about the class discussion once class was over.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you read the books, do the homework, and have one or two things to discuss in class you'll do just fine. Don't be afraid to participate.
