Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Adams is the chair of the department and has so much experience and knowledge to share. He comes off as strict/ intimidating, but he is honestly great. He truly cares about students and gives life advice or anything to help his students. He is also really good at lecturing and if you do the work, he is more then willing to help.

    Course highlights:

His lectures. He makes something like history (which can be very boring) fun. He has great examples and adds humor to make sure every student gets it.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

As long as you stay on top of your work then you will be fine. He is super flexible, but won't let students who don't want to put in the work pass. Show up to class and do work by the deadlines and you will pass.

    Advice for students:

Go to class, read your textbook, not to fall behind and participate!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Baker is the professor you want to take for this course! He is incredibly interesting, entertaining, and helpful. Theories is a core course for psychology majors and requires a C or better (if not you will have to retake it).

    Course highlights:

What is personality? How do humans form a personality? What effects our personality (Nature vs. Nurture)? The lectures were engaging and never a bore. It was great learning about theorists like Fromm, Skinner, Freud, Horney, etc., all of whom have affected psychology greatly.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

There are a few important things to keep tack of while taking this course: PMPs, and Self- Reflections, they are vital to your grade. Take Dr. Baker advice and begin the midterms the moment he posts them on Blackboard.
